Welcome to my academic website. I'm Laura Leivesley, an art psychotherapist and PhD candidate based at the Lincoln Institute for Rural and Coastal Health, an interdisciplinary research centre at the University of Lincoln dedicated to understanding and improving health and wellbeing in often overlooked and underserved communities. My work focuses on addressing health inequalities through art therapy for people living with cancer. I am passionate about using creativity, community and the natural world to promote health and wellbeing, through collaborative research and co-production.
